I had a wonderful experience with Noel, and Rahiem. Both salesmen were patient and nolegable and answered all of my questions. I will return in the future and would recomend to anyone looking for a truck.

While I didn't end up purchasing a truck from motorvation I can say Rahim is by far the most patient, honest and down to Earth sales guy. I look forward to the opportunity to do business with Rahim on our next truck.

I had an amazing experience with the guys at Motorvation! Emmett, the Manager, and Joe, the Salesman, are great people. Emmett worked with me on one of their vehicles and set up a deal that worked for the both of us! I would definitely do business with them again!

Ok, first and foremost I was not in the area to make the purchase which was my fault I should have waited. This review doesn't speak on their customer service, which was a 5/5. My mom went to look at the truck and I just spoke through her. But anyway, I think I have to give them one star because of the transparency. For starters when looking at the truck on their website and cargurus no where did it mention that the motor had been rebuilt. That was very surprising to me, but after many reassurances that the guy who does the rebuilds is excellent you are "practically getting a motor with zero miles on it" I was still excited. Needs tires and fluids changed out. They were very clear on what wasn't working or other small things. Rear slider window and a tie rod needed work, or something like that. What I noticed while looking at the pictures online was the battery terminals were very corroded and wanted them to clean em or replace. They "tested" the voltage and said it was fine. Within the first 2 or 3 days it started throwing codes, and they were related to the heat system. The check engine light went away after a couple days but the codes still exsist. Finally I got home and was able to look under the hood. I was thinking that the code may have been from a very corroded wire that went to a heater relay. First thing i noticed was that the corrosion was still all over the terminals! Which tells me that they didnt actually test the voltage because in a diesel with 2 batteries you have to disconnect them from each other to get a proper reading. And if they did this correct they would have just cleaned off the terminals Then once I had replaced the wire to the relay, the truck wouldn't start. Truck sat for 2 days. Low and behold a very dead battery. Then moving on I noticed that the jake brake seemed to not be working. The solenoid is about $450. Its not the vacuum pump. I can bypass the solenoid and the brake engages. It got chilly here and I wanted some heat, which the truck gets. However, when i try to crank up the heat to get more air moving it does nothing. Blower is fine, resistor is fine and when i look into it more i find out the hvac most likely needs a complete rebuild. And last, remember when they said it needed a fluid change? On the invoice Motorvation gets from their rebuld guy it says that he charges them to change out the fluids. So why the heck was the oil so dirty if he just "rebuilt" the engine? Once again, they were very kind to my mother and myself. Five stars. And yes, i should have been here to test it myself. But i also think that being a dealership they should just be more upfront. All these issues ahowed themselves within 5 days of me being under the hood. I can't imagine they went unseen while being inspected by mechanics. Transparency is all I ask.
